Although not a native of Greenville, Ryan has called The Upstate his home off and on for the last 30 years. After graduating from Mauldin High School, he spent time working in many other states in the industrial industry while finishing his degree from Arizona State University. After returning to SC over six years ago, Ryan decided to pursue a new path where he could both help people and focus on his love of real estate. Ryan is an amazing realtor and we highly recommend him and his expertise to any one buying or selling a home. We had to do both, buy and sell a home. When preparing our home for sale, Ryan helped us with recommending what all we needed to do to ensure our home looked its prime! There were many small touches that he recommended which we would not have known to do otherwise. These recommendations were the primary positive feedback that we received from the realtors of those who brought in potential buyers. When buying our new home, Ryan could not have been more outstanding. Because of the current market and how quickly homes go under contract, he would rearrange his schedule at any given moment in order to go with us to view homes we were interested in. Once Ryan helped us find the house of our dreams, he worked incredibly hard behind the scenes facilitating the incredible list of tasks that must be performed when buying a home. Many of which we did not know had to be done until he had already put them in motion or completed them. This was amazingly helpful with relieving much of the anxieties associated with buying. He worked closely with our lender, staying informed of our pending mortgage status. He was very thorough in explaining to us all of the paper work throughout the entire process and was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had day or night. Ryan is an expert in his field, and he works incredibly hard for each of his clients! If we ever decide to move again in the future, we have no doubt that we will be calling on Ryan for his services!!!!

Great experience! An old saying comes to mind when we think about Ryan: Salt of the Earth. Being new to the area, we needed an agent who knew the area well and would take the time to get to know us and our needs to guide our home buying decision. Ryan did exactly that! When we were ready to make an offer on our house, Ryan ensured that our offer was competitive but fair. His suggestions and attention to detail allowed us to get the first house we put an offer on in a multiple offer situation.

He went above and beyond any expectations I could have had. When he asks if he can do anything for you he truly means it. There were a couple of emergencies that came up, not related to selling my house, that he was there within minutes to help. He knows real estate and answered all my questions so I understood everything. And with a beautiful smile. So glad I had the opportunity to meet and work with this gentleman. We were fortunate to meet Ryan Lentz when we were relocating from NY just over a year ago. Our home search was done while traveling back and forth from NY to SC every two weeks. I worked for a real estate attorney for 13 years and had the opportunity to meet many realtors, but non compare to Ryan Lentz. My husband and I were recently married and wanting to buy a house in Greenville County, SC. Ryan went above and beyond trying to help us find our dream house. He spent time talking with us, getting to know us on a personal level so he would know exactly what we were looking for. He showed us houses and asked us to explain what our likes and dislikes were and why. Before long he found our dream house. I never doubted for a second that Ryan had our best interest at heart. He's genuine and caring and it's apparent that loves helping folks find exactly what they are looking for. Recently, my sister who is widowed and disabled had to sell her 10 acre parcel in Pickens County, SC and she employed Ryan's services. This was a real estate nightmare, as there were numerous deeds in the chain with no survey, mobile homes that needed titles transferred, and much more. True to his character, Ryan was willing to do all he could to help! He went above and beyond, did the research and legwork and before we knew it, the property was sold for the asking price the first day on the market and closing went off without a hitch. After moving down here from New York we couldn't have been luckier to have received a recommendation to look into Ryan.
